Watching the land end and the sea eat our words - Music and art Collaboration
A music and art collaboration with @samclaguemusic for his single ‘Watching the land end and the sea eat our words’.
Sam and I sat on a beautiful beach (just like the one in the animation) in Kerry waiting for #InsideOut @anotherlovestoryfest to start and Sam asked if I’d like to collaborate on the release of his next single, he told me his personal story behind the music, based on finding love. I accepted his invitation and worked away to weave my experience on the beach with Sam into this tale. I creating the artwork by creating painted and drawn textures paper and cutting these into shapes, I also used Digital drawing techniques. Once the artwork was approved by Sam, I moved into After Effects to create the animation.
