Johnson & Johnson - Culture journey
In 2019 I worked with Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes on their internal culture and communications journey.
Manufacturers of orthopaedic knees and hips, DePuy Synthes has seen rapid growth, expanding to become a Global Supply Chain Operation with over 1,000 employees in Cork. With this growth came a need to strengthen their culture and communications, as well as attract more STEM talent and maintain a strong and connected stakeholder community.
My role involved:
delivering a discovery session with the team to crystallise the aims and objectives of the project.
designing and illustrating a ladybird style story book and a number of other visual assets, including a series of posters, an organisational diagram and a journey timeline.
support to design and deliver an engaging launch event
