RPL animation

This 1.5 min animation was created following interviews with staff and students from three colleges involved in an alternative pathway to Higher Education, called the Recognition of Prior Learning. It tells the staff and students' stories and uses a simple but effective live draw animation process.

Please note: the client wanted to use the original interview audio recordings, which where conducted on zoom, so although I did my best to master the audio the quality is not as good I would have liked, but on the flip side the real voices and different characters do bring a nice authenticity to this animation.

What the client said:

We can't thank you enough for all the work you did for Mi:Lab and I hope to work with you again in the future. The video was shared across the entire 19 University Institutions in December and they are in the process of updating their RPL websites with your beautiful video being at the centre of many of them. Here's a link to Dunalk IT's page where your video is embedded: https://www.dkit.ie/admissions/how-to-apply/recognition-of-prior-learning-(rpl)/ - Also, I've embedded it on the Mi:Lab page: https://www.maynoothuniversity.ie/mi-lab/research
